Job description

For our Client, new Company on Krakow market wchih is building a SSC structures we are looking for a candidate to position of Junior Admin with English.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Providing administrative support for employees
  • Managing company documentation
  • Organizing meetings and events
  • Booking business travel for employees
  • Managing SharePoint sites and email distribution lists
  • Providing purchasing support
Requirements
  • Higher education (Bachelor Degree)
  • 6 months of experience in customer service
  • Fluent knowledge of English language
  • Ability to work independently in multicultural environment
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills, must be able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced quickly changing environment
  • Perfect communication skills, proactive, reliable and initiative personality
  • Notable knowledge of MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook)
  • Willingnes to work fo EMEA and US time zones
