Job description

For one of our Clients - a new American company developing on the Polish market, we are looking for a Team Leader for a development team who will be responsible for:

  • Coordinating and guide day-to- day activities for the development team’s area of responsibility
  • Delivering support, administration, and development services for the team
  • Training and onboarding the company users on identifying team opportunities and submitting ideas through the Center of Excellence
  • Guiding and support development team members as they lead internal customers and business partners through the discovery and requirements gathering process
  • Establishing and growing relationships with key vendors
  • Driving 3rd party engagements in support of enhancements and development within application areas
  • Adhering to the Project Management Methodologies and lead or guide all projects in assigned application area
  • Following design best practices and enforce regular deployments of applications and customizations adher to guidelines of system development lifecycles and agile development frameworks
  • Collaborating with Application and Infrastructure teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations
  • Delivering and/or organizing training for end users and power users of supported platforms
  • Collaborating with Application and Infrastructure teams for adherence to best practices and process standardizations
  • Ensuring compliance with all vendor and the company standards and controls within areas of responsibility.
Requirements
  • Requires 5+ years of professional IT experience with at least 1 year of Team Lead experience. Any professional experience with RPA or a process mining tool is acceptable.
  • High degree of motivation, flexibility and creativity
  • Ability to multi-task while managing deadlines, perform well under pressure, work independently and as a part of a team
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize and analyze information with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Understands and successfully communicates best practices for optimized IT solutions
  • Proven experience using AGILE methodologies and leading AGILE teams
  • Executes project work on time and within budget
  • Clear and effective communicator
  • Provides high quality support within SLA
  • Fluency in written and spoken English
