For our Client an American company based in Krakow we are looking for a candidate for the position of IT Recruiter.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing the full cycle recruitment processes in IT area (from search of candidate to employment)
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers and proactively reporting on pipeline activity to facilitate effective recruiting and hiring discussions
  • Ensuring that company is represented in the most accurate and appropriate way to all candidates
  • Preparing HR reports for different internal parties
  • Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication actions
  • Other administrative duties and projects assigned
  • Min.1-3 years of professional recruitment experience in IT
  • Fluent English Language skills – verbal and written are mandatory
  • Self-reliance and good organizational skills
  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office Package
  • Experience within international companies is appreciated
