For our client, an international production company from premium secto, we are looking for an experienced candidate for the position of Inside Sales Representative.

Responsibilities:

• Drive the continuous roll-out and utilization customer clusters.
• Analyze customer base and needs, identify key players, convince (in close collaboration with Heads of Sales) and onboard stakeholders.
• Provide first level support.
• Achieve targets in terms of inside sales migration rate
• Reporting
• Contact with Clients (phone, email, chat, etc.)
• Monitor order patterns of assigned customers and analyze market platforms (with Field Sales) for additional customers to identify needs and opportunities for Inside Sales
• Align with Heads of Marketing and Heads of Sales on specific activities or campaigns to be used on tesaPRO and/or Inside Sales leading to increased profitable sales.
