Job description

By joining the team you will be responsible, among others for resolving infrastructure support issues and for maintaining, managing and optimizing overall infrastructure performance and availability.

Location: Poznań

Remote work during the pandemic period. Then at least 4 days/ month from the office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Administration of a virtual production environment
  • Support for VMWare, Windows Server
  • Active Directory and authentication management, GPO
  • Installation and support of hardware and software infrastructure
  • Resolve incidents within agreed service levels
  • Technical contribution to infrastructure changes resulting from change management processes
  • Configuration control and infrastructure documentation
Requirements
  • Knowledge of installation, configuration and support of Microsoft Windows Server and VMware
  • Experience in the installation and configuration of HP and Dell hardware
  • Experience in automation (Powershell, Terraform, Ansible and Puppet)
  • Experience in various applications for administration and IT management
  • MS SQL Server
  • Knowledge of AWS or Azure administration
  • Very good command of the English language
