Job description

For our Client - international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR support in administration department with French or Italian.

You will be responsible for:

  • Solving employees issues related to HR processes via phone, email, web chat
  • Providing guidance to employees on HR system
  • Supporting other team members
  • Taking care of high standards of customer service
Requirements
  • Excellent written and oral skills of French or Italian
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Interpersonal and team building skills
