Job description

For our Client - international well-known company, we are looking for candidates who would like to take a position of HR Support Analyst (SAP).

You will be responsible for:

  • Responsible for maintenance and support of assigned HRIS System.
  • Provides tier 1 and tier 2 support for HR inquiries.
  • Supports system upgrades, reviews new features, encourages adoption of new features.
  • Provides analysis and input to required enhancement, fixes, providing recommended solutions and alternatives that meet the requirement.
  • Troubleshoots unexpected system behavior and looks for solutions.
  • Prepares testing scenarios and test scripts for HIRS system.
  • Maintains knowledge base, understands system data structure and continuously improves documentation and training materials.
  • Prepares scheduled and ad-hoc reports, is able to interpret the data and draw conclusions.
  • Cooperates with IT and IT vendors on HRIS specific topics.
Requirements
  • University Degree
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR Technology Solutions
  • Fluent English is a must
  • Knowledge of SAP
  • Technical knowledge related to HR systems or general IT systems
  • Experience in customer care within international environment will be an advantage
  • Positive, enthusiastic and proactive
  • Interpersonal and team building skills
