Job description

For our Client - leading global organization - we are currently looking for a qualified HR Specialist with German to join the team in company's back office in Poznań

Main responsibilities:

  • Processing of the administrative tasks for the entire employee life cycle (such as drawing up contracts, onboarding, certificates of any kind, job references, exits) for the Germany/Switzerland/Austria region
  • Support in recruitment management (such as applicant correspondence)
  • Responsible for the benefits, such as ordering and distributing lunch vouchers and issuing job tickets, as well as creating the corresponding monthly statements for payroll, company pension scheme
  • Collection and maintenance of personal data and personnel files
  • Creation of organizational charts and statistics
  • Responsible for the collection and maintenance of disability data for the region
  • General assistance tasks, such as organization of meetings, auditing and mail processing
  • 1-2 years of work experience in Human Resources
  • Fluent German and English
  • Exceptional problem solving skills with a passion for technology, process improvement, and continuous learning
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding listening skills with ability to navigate and consult with employees
  • Ability to diagnose a problem, informed by data and lead correction efforts
  • Outstanding project management skills including ownership over planning, tracking, and communicating project status/results.
  • Ability to learn and share knowledge and experience
  • Strong attention to detail
