Job description

For our Client, a SSC that is based in Kraków, we are looking for HR Partner.

You will be responsible for:

  • Share communicates and implements human resources strategies and initiatives in HR areas
  • Builds and maintains influential relationships by being a partner with management and an employee advocate
  • Close cooperation with Managers regarding employee relations and other HR matters
  • Development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
  • Maintain all employees documents for Polish branch
  • Drive contact with employees regarding HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinate research or participates in special projects (benefits, well being programs)
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience as HR Generalist/ HR Partner
  • Able to successfully balance employee needs with business objectives to create integrated solutions
  • Very good English
  • Passionate about HR
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labour law and HR policies
  • Strong interpersonal skills
