Job description

For our Client international company which work in different areas of business like IT, consulting and accountancy we are currently looking for HR & Labour Law Expert who will be a part of growing team engaged in all HR matters in the company.

workplace : Gdańsk


  • Maintaining all personnel administration service to employees (employment contracts, civil contracts)
  • Dealing with personal files, preparing documents related to employment relationship and its expiration: employment contracts, annexes, certificates, work certificates, according with the labour law provisions
  • Being a Subject Matter Expert for the HR matters - coaching other team memmbers
  • Managing employees’ database in an efficient way
  • Preparing reports to support HR team
  • Supporting team and update with new rules in Labour Law
  • Cooperating with internal and external payroll team
  • Working on optimization of HR processes in the company
  • Providing support for Line Managers in personnel administration issues
  • Close cooperation with HR Manager in the field of personnel administration management
  • 3 years of experience on an independent or expert position, in personnel administration
  • Practical knowledge of Polish labour law and personnel administration
  • Very Good command of English
  • Knowledge of provisions regarding working tim, social security and tax regulations issues, PPK procedures
  • Good command of MS Office, including Excel
  • Ability to pass the knowlegde and supervise work of junior specialists in the team
  • Reliability, timeliness and organization skills of own and others work
