Job description

For one of our Clients currently we are looking for:

HR Business Partner – IT company

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support to employees in various HR-related topics
  • Maintain employee files and records
  • Conducting recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Designing HR systems, policies and processes
  • Advise Managers on employee relations issues
Requirements
  • Min. 2 years of relevant experience in IT industry
  • Very good knowledge of Polish labour law
  • Fluent English
  • Very good communication skills
