Job description

For one of our Client, an international company which has a SSC structures built in Krakow, we are looking for candidates for the position of HR Advisor with German. You will have the possibility to become a part of newly created team.

Responsibilities:

  • Preparing all HR documentation (from hire to retire)
  • Supporting managers about procedures and internal solutions
  • Processing data input to the systems
  • Answering for employees questions (mainly via emails)
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in the process
  • Preparing reports for internal purpose
Requirements
  • Experience on simmilar position in HR department
  • University degree
  • Very good knowledge of German (min C1)
  • Communicative knowledge of English (min B1/B2)
  • Corporate experience, customer service experience will be an adventage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
