For our Client, an Energy Company whose mission is to live a life free of fossil fuels within a generation, we are looking for an HR Advisor.

Predicted duration of the project: until the end of the year (employment contract).

Work location: Remote with occasional work in Katowice/Gliwice.

Responsibilities:

• work collaboratively with the local HR team, external suppliers and staff in your daily Personnel administration and payroll tasks,
• work collaboratively in HR transformation program, as defined by the transformation project, providing relevant and comprehensive information and support to all stakeholders on key processes and employment legislation in Poland,
• support in developing and maintaining local processes and policies,
• ensure a continuous development and improvement of transactional processes improving efficiency and delivery quality from company outsourced provider.
