Job description

For our client who opens R&D center in Wrocław, we are looking for a Group Leader R&D Services who will join the project and help build this organization from scratch.

The company develops and manufactures technologically advanced electronic, mechatronic modules and connector systems for automotive industry. The Group has 46 locations world-wide in 21 countries on four continents with head quarter in Germany and a work-force of about 17 000 people.

You will have the opportunity to become one of the first employees!

Responsibilities:

  • Managing a research and development group for services provided to a European research and development organisation
  • Responsibility for product concepts and architecture
  • Supervision of R&D results as part of international project configurations
  • Create resource and time planning for product development
  • Scheduling and delegating tasks
Requirements
  • Experience in the automotive industry (preferably in the development of processes, tools and research and development methods)
  • Ability to technically manage a group
  • Methodological competencies (analytical, structured and process approach to problem solving)
  • Willingness to travel occasionally
