Job description

For our Client, international leader in IT and New Technologies areas we are looking for an experienced professional for a position of Global Operations Performance Analyst

You will be responsible for:

  • Create and lead the implementation of an advanced analytics strategy for PG Operations, including the use of "Big Data" and artificial intelligence
  • Being process owner and subject matter expert for process mining and advanced analytics architecture
  • Lead and promote the implementation within the Operations of a digital supply chain
  • Create and lead the integration of manufacturing execution systems across factories
  • Identify opportunities and execute advanced analytics projects to improve operations performances and customer satisfaction
  • Guide business problem identification utilizing advanced quantitative methods to influence decisions and identify opportunities to bring value to customers and the operation
  • Manage continues vendor performance
Requirements
  • Advanced degree in Engineering, Business, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or similar quantitative field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality and Operations or any other business function.
  • Excellent analytical skills and strong decision-making abilities.
  • Demonstrated experience leading BI and "Big Data" projects.
  • Proven ability to lead design, development, testing, and validation of statistical models.
  • High ratings on customer orientation, strategic orientation, results orientation, change management, ownership and collaboration.
  • High communication standards and ability to effectively engage top management.
  • Excellent cross/inter-cultural skills and capability of working with different cultures.
