Job description

For our Client, an international industrial group, which operates in several countries worldwide, we are looking for experienced Candidate to take the position of Global LEAN Consultant

Location: Poznań or remote work

Scope of responsibilities:

  • Implementing Lean strategy and building lean organization
  • Driving business improvements in close collaboration with General Managers and their management teams in global structure all over the world
  • Supporting organizations in defining their strategic goals
  • Facilitating, supporting and coaching business improvements
  • Leading and conducting workshops on value stream mapping (production and administration)
  • Developing and implementing systematic problem learning and behaviour within the local organisation
  • Leading and conducting KAIZENs events in the organization
  • Leading and supporting Lean Academy and Lean Coaching
  • Change management
  • Designing and implementing new business processes in manufacturing, sales and supply chain
Requirements
  • Higher degree, preferably in Engineering, Supply Chain or Logistics
  • More than 7 years of experience in Lean
  • A proven track record of significant sustained improvements in business performance
  • Advanced stakeholder and change management skills
  • Strong ability to train, teach and coach others in LEAN thinking
  • Project management experience and Leadership skill
  • Flexibility and willingness to frequent business trips up to 50%
  • English – advanced level
  • Excellent communication skills allow to communicate across all levels in the organization
  • Experience in a multicultural environment
  • Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and implement initiatives efficiently
