For our Client, Company which has SSC structures on Krakow market we are looking for a candidate to position of GL Team Leader.

Responsibilities:

• Leading, managing and developing a growing team of Accountants
• Providing professional and proactive day to day service with agreed SLA’s
• Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
• Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
• Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
• Acting as first point of escalation for process related queries
• Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
• Actively working on a GL process responsibilities like the rest of the team
• Supporting preparation of Financial Statements and other reports
• Managing the processes, ensuring of accuracy and timely delivery of all activities
