For one of our Clients, we are looking for the French Speakers

Key responsibilities:

  • Building relationship with clients
  • Email and phone communication with customers
  • Proactive communication to the customer
  • Providing high standard of work to ensure good quality service
Requirements
  • At least 0,5 year of experience in the customer service area
  • Very good English and French languages (at least B2)
  • Customer orientation
  • High communication skills
