Grafton Recruitment is supporting corporations in Krakow in recruitment process for multilingual teams working in the area of: Customer Service, Accountancy, Human Resources support.

Your main responsibilities will be:

  • Provide the service for foreign partners
  • Daily contact via phone, emails and chat with vendors and Clients'
  • Back office: preparation of financial report, booking invoices in the system
Requirements

The candidate should meet the following minimum criteria:

  • Present fluent/ native level of French (Canadian)
  • Communicative level of English B2
  • Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in the team
  • Ability to work under time pressure
  • Excellent customer service skills
