For our client, from the sector of banking and investment services, we are currently looking for candidates to work on the position of Financial Reporting Team Leader.

Leader's duties:

• People management of team incl. any group and local processes for people
• Ensure operational duties of team
• Ensure training of team members
• Follow-up and ensure processes and routines are correctly followed
• Ensure subject matter expertise in team
• Liaise with other teams as required

Operational duties:

• Participate in client management
• Perform administrative tasks on behalf of clients to support their equity compensation
• Prepare reconciliation, validation and distribution of IFRS and US GAAP compliant accounting and disclosure reports for clients’ share-based payment plans
• Perform valuations and draft memos and documentation by option pricing models and complex Monte Carlo simulations models.
• Completion of internal control and compliance checklists as required according to internal processes
• Implementation of new clients
