Job description

For one of our clients we are looking for candidate interested in the role of Finance Manager in New SSC Cente that will be based in Poznań.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage on – site operations
  • Support and coordinate the local teams
  • Coordinating budget, targets, KPIs
  • Taking responsibility for operational staffing decisions and personnel management
  • Process improvement and optimizations initiatives
  • Interact with SSC customers
  • Reporting to Financial Director
Requirements
  • Professional experience on managerial role in SSC
  • Huge experience in Financial area
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • English C1 – fluent
  • Clients and result orientation
