Job description

We are currently looking for an Employee Support Consultant - Travel & Expense to for one our clients.

Main duties will include:

  • ensuring correct verification of travel expenses, invoices and their receipts
  • processing documents in ERP system (SAP)
  • handling emloyee queries via phone and email
  • fluent English - a must
  • experience in finance/invoice administration - AP/T&E preferred
  • excellent communication and organizational skills
  • previous experience in working with ERP system (SAP - nice to have)
  • sport card
