Job description

For our Client, an international production company we are looking for candidates for the position of:

Employee lifecycle specialist with German .

Responsibilities:

  • resolving employees' queries related to HR processes
  • providing information related to employee life cycle (number of vacation days, benefits, training opportunities, etc.)
  • maintaining and updating internal records
  • providing administrative support for various HR areas
  • ensuring document workflow and work procedures
  • participating in transition projects
Requirements
  • excellent German skills (C1 level) and very good English (B2 level)
  • experience in SSC/BPO environment or in HR department
  • knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills
