Together with our Client - one of the top airline companies - we are looking for a:

Customer Support Specialist with Russian

Responsibilities:

  • customer service at the highest level;
  • providing customer support via telephone and e-mail contact;
  • checking and entering data into the system;
  • controlling flight reservations;
  • cooperation with e-commerce department and loyalty program.
Requirements
  • fluent Russian and English (minimum B2);
  • willingness to work from the office in the city of Wrocław;
  • interpersonal skills and high personal culture;
  • customer service orientation;
  • good organizational skills.
