Job description

For one of our Client - global customer experience and technology consulting services provider we are looking for Customer Service/Helpdesk Specialist who will be responsible for:

  • Provision of remote technical support via phone, chat and email
  • Help employees identify problems and provide solutions to technical and service problems
  • Taking care of users' satisfaction through effective problem solving
  • Ensure proper escalation procedures are followed
  • Provides system administrative support and basic hardware troubleshooting on desktops, laptops, virtual machines, and servers
Requirements
  • 1 to 2 year of international calling experience
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in troubleshooting issues related to hardware & software issues on at-least one of these operating systems (Linux, Mac and Windows desktop environments, etc)
  • Working knowledge of PC architecture/technology
  • Ability to analyse and solve technical problems by investigating potential solutions using troubleshooting skills
  • Good Analytical & Cognitive skills
  • Excellent telephone and customer handling skills
  • Knowledge of English language at the minimum B2 level
