Job description

For our Client, international consulting company we are currently looking for a Technical Support / Customer Service Specialist with German.

Responsibilities:

  • contacting with customers in German language via phone or email
  • document all incoming request or incidents
  • analyze issues and assigns to relevant functiona teams
  • effectively communicates with other team members (2nd and 3rd level technical teams)
Requirements
  • fluent German and very good English
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • experience in technical support or customer service (service desk eexperience will be an advantage)
  • good knowledge of MS Office
