Job description

For our client we are currently looking for:

Customer Service Specialist with English

Your duties will include:

verifying and entering input data from customer, updating contact log, consolidating spread sheets, analysing and formatting documents
answering questions, offer assistance to collect and clarify information
consulting on the back compliance regulations
generating documentation on behalf of customers

Requirements

1 year experience in Customer Service
Fluent English (C1)
attention to details
excellent communication skills
