Job description

For our Client international company which work in different areas of business like IT, consulting and accountancy we are currently looking for a Customer Service Analyst with French (HTML/CSS/Javascript).

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with clients and internal teams via phone, email, chat and video conferencing as needed
  • Conduct Implementation of web based products with customers
  • Provide support, and train customers on products usage
  • Deliver high quality service to your customers,
Requirements
  • Fluent French
  • Very good English
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to “read and understand” Web programming languages (such as HTML/CSS/Javascript)
  • Understanding CMS platforms at UI level (Wordpress/Shopify/Wix/Joomla)
  • Ability to quickly learn customer service software applications and process customer implementations that do not necessarily follow a standard template
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
