Customer Care Specjalist with Spanish/Italian/Russian

Location: Wrocław

Responsibilities:

  • customer service via e-mail, telephone;
  • managing customer inquiries and complaints;
  • creating reports and maintaining records;
  • building long-term relationships;
  • E-commerce program supporting activities.
Requirements
  • English and one of the above Spanish/Italian/Russian in speech and writing at a minimum B2 level;
  • experience in customer service will be an asset;
  • good communication skills and teamwork ability;
  • can- do attitude;
  • customer oriented
  • available to work from the office.
