Job description

For one of our American Client who is cooperating in new technology sector, we are looking for a Customer Care Specialist with fluent English, who will be responsible for order process support.

Daily tasks:

  • Managing the contact with English speaking Clients
  • Processing the documentation of the ordered goods
  • Taking care of the data inserted to the system
  • Handling of returns and complaints
  • Setting up new clients in the database
  • Mainly contact through e-mail/phone
Requirements

If you have positive approach to work and you are open for new challenges, you enjoy working in the multinational team and are interested in new technologies, please send your CV.

Other requirements:

  • Fluent English
  • Customer Service experience will be an asset
  • Good level of using MS Office, especially Excel
  • Accuracy, ability to work with large amounts of data
  • Ability to work in a team
