Job description

For our Client, the international company, that is opening a new project in its subsidiary in Krakow, we are currently looking for the candidate for the position of: Customer Advisor with Spanish.

You will be responsible for handling incoming chat requests from international customers. The basic job function is to interpret customer needs and provide customer satisfaction by helping them resolve their enquiries, in a manner that will result in the highest levels of customer care and prompt resolution.

Requirements

Very good written and oral skills of Italian
Another language will be huge asset
Experience in HR, Payroll, customer service
Experience in SSC/BPO organization
Good command of English language
Experience in customer care within international environment
Positive, enthusiastic and proactive approach to work with people
