Job description

For our Client, we are currently looking for a:

Customer Advisor with German

Responsibilities:

  • Independently execute campaigns which will be prepared and briefed by the specific regional campaign manager in your division
  • Conduct outbound telemarketing phone calls to customers in the DACH Region
  • Generate high quality leads for the sales teams
  • Qualify customer data in CRM/ databases
  • Daily cooperation with Sales and Marketing teams
Requirements
  • Fluent German min. C1
  • Previous experience in Customer Service/ Sales preferred
  • Good working knowledge of MS Office package
