For our Client, new established Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for candidates for the position of Controlling Specialist

Key responsibilities:

  • Support the planning process
  • Create, validate, and distribute standard reports and ad hoc queries
  • Tracking data completeness and executing plausibility controls
  • Determining and executing adjustment postings
  • Tracking of the commenting process
  • Execution of effort estimation for ad hoc queries
  • Coordination of ad-hoc queries with the requesters and creating Ad Hoc queries
  • Second level support for user questions of serviced entities
  • Background in Finance & Accounting, Economics or Business Administration
  • University degree in Business with a focus in Accounting or Finance and at least 1-2 years additional experience in Management Reporting
  • Very good level of English
  • Proficient in the use of SAP and Microsoft Office applications, very good knowledge of Excel is a must
  • High attention to detail
  • Service orientation and strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • High commitment and resilience
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to identify and communicate potentials for process improvements
