Job description

We are currently looking for candidates specialising in procurement processes and interested in joining a new workplace.

The role is seated in Warsaw and will be part of a international team. We are looking for candidates for the position of Contract Manager.

Daily responsibilities:

  • Lead contracts negotiations in relation to contract and commercial matters
  • Facilitate contract change activities
  • Drive cost management (reduction savings and avoidance)
  • Manage contract lifecycle for allocated contracts
  • Manage all change and service requests (in contract)
  • Support vendor managers and contract negotiators upon request
  • Liaise with contract team customers, internal stakeholders and subject matter experts
Requirements
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in sourcing and managing contracts
  • Well developed negotiation skills
  • Very good English
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Able to work under the time pressure
  • Proven organization skills
