Job description

For our Client, well known Shared Service Center in Poznań, we are looking for enthusiastic people who would like to join a new, growing team in Poznań.

The main tasks:

  • Daily contact with French/German/Italian clients
  • Providing consulting and support for Clients
  • Informing Clients about the products of company
  • Understanding the customer's needs to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Processing orders set by the Clients
Requirements
  • Excellent French/German/Italian and English language
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Enthusiasm and positive attitude to new challenges
  • Very good communication skills
