Job description

We are currently looking for candidates for the position of a Business Analyst, for one of our clients in banking industry.

Main duties will include:

  • Analyse complex issues and identify root causes
  • Work collaboratively within cross-functional teams, building relationships with internal and external stakeholders to elicit requirements & acceptance criteria to ensure the business objectives and product vision is being delivered
  • Validate business cases to ensure all benefits are measurable
  • Present analysis and process reviews to stakeholder and project groups
  • Manage workshops and meetings with business and technology
  • Identify risks and track through to resolution
  • Support business testing to ensure readiness for change (e.g. UAT, Training, documentation etc.)
Requirements
  • approx. 2 - 3 years in analytical duties in highly regulated industry, e.g. banking, fin-tech, pharma
  • strong analytical skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • strong Excel
  • experience with business process mapping and eliciting and documenting technical requirements is a must
