Job Description

For newly set up international SSC in Lodz we are currently seeking Italian and Spanish speaker for the position of Back-Office Specialist.

Place of work: Lodz


  • support Customer Service Teams located in Italy and Spain in resolving discrepancies reported by clients.
  • gather information from other Departments and prepare feedback for the clients.
  • initiate compensation process if needed.
  • take part in process improvement projects.


  • 2-years of experience in international company.
  • fluent Italian and fluent Spanish skills.
  • good English.
  • analytical and problem solving skills.
  • attention to details.
  • SAP skills would be an advantage.
  • previous experience in customer service gained in production company would be an asset but is not a must.
