Job description

For our Client international company which developing Service center in Krakow we are looking for a Back Office Specialist with Czech/Slovak

Responsibilities:

  • Providing support and consultancy related to content on Client accounts
  • Verifying texts in Czech/Slovak language
  • Maintaining and developing of business relation with Business Partners
  • Preparing internal reports for Clients
  • Increasing of quality service (process improvement)
Requirements
  • Higher education degree
  • Fluent Czech/Slovak and good English skills (B2)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel and Office and usage of electronic mail systems (Outlook)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal and analytical skills
  • Good adaptability and flexibility skills
  • Experience in Customer Service will be an asset
