Job description

Our Client, an international Company with branch in Krakow, is poised for growth, but currently needs an Assistant Manager to support their Senior Management along the way. Assistant Manager will be also in charge of Internal Audit responsibilities. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all areas of business, with specialized skills in finance and optimizations. This role is also designed to be an inspiring team member ready to ensure productivity and quality performance to achieve companies long-term vision.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Partner with senior manager to ensure quality and supervise a team;
  • Overseeing daily service operations (e.g. sales processes, orders, and payments);
  • Track the progress of weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual objectives;
  • Create and deliver sales and financial reports on a predetermined schedule;
  • Meet regularly with management to report and plan strategic plans for branch objectives;
  • Manage and control expenses and supplies, managing budgets to achieve profitability targets;
  • Monitor customer and client satisfaction, and quality assurance, reporting any problems, accidents, unsafe conditions, or equipment trouble to management;
  • Evaluate employee performance and conduct employee reviews;
  • Ensure compliance to organizational standards;
  • Assist the Regional Manager in planning and implementing strategies for Polish entity;
  • Monitor and provide feedback to managed staff to effect improvements in organizational goals;
Requirements

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Manager/Internal Auditor or similar position
  • A Bachelor's degree in a Financial faculties
  • Ability to create and analyze reports, spreadsheets and sales statistics
  • Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
  • Problem-solving attitude
  • Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with stakeholders and staff
  • Comfort using common computer operating systems and tools, including Ms Office (Excel) programs and CRM
