Job description

Our Client, a global law company, is looking for an AP Accountant with German to join their international team. A fantastic opportunity to start or continue your career path since experience in Shared Service environment is an asset, but is not mandatory!

Responsibilities:

  • Review and post invoices, resolve invoice discrepancies
  • Set invoices ready for payment and execute payments
  • Reconcile payment and accounts
  • Act as a contact point for Vendors and Employees, maintain Vendor files
  • Participate in internal and external audit reviews
  • Initiate/participate in process improvement projects
Requirements
  • Fluent knowledge of German (min. B2+)
  • Fluent knowledge of English (min. B2+)
  • First experience in accounting
  • Experience in SAP would be an asset
