Job description

We are currently seeking candidates interested in an Accounting Controller position in commercial real estate sector.

Your duties will include:

  • Assisting in supervision over the accounting department, financial processes and reporting in the company, ensuring high quality of accounting records
  • Assisting in preparation of Financial Statements (IFRS), budgets and related reports
  • Assisting in banking activities
  • Knowledge of SAP system is an advantage
  • Integrating related operations in the group
  • Budgetary control and reporting
  • Financial communications within the group
  • Cooperation with auditors, service providers and clients
Requirements
  • Higher education in the field
  • Experience in similar position and preparations of IFRS Financial Statements
  • Deep knowledge of applicable accounting, VAT and CIT regulations
  • Knowledge of the SAP Business One system – an advantage
  • Very good organization of work, accuracy and independence in action
  • Ability to communicate in English
