For one of our Client's new teams, we are looking for candidates to fill in the role of a
Workflow Coordinator
Your duties will include:
- Supporting the Medical Information teams (reporting, analyses, operational data, technical support, scheduling)
- Workflow management (queues, agents, areas of expertise)
- Providing training on telephony systems and resolving CRM issues
- Operational planning
- Bachelor Degree (preferred)
- Very good English (C1)
- At least 1 year of experience working with contact center technologies/applications (CRM, Workflow Management software)
- Experience in workforce management and/or customer service
- Pharmaceutical experience (nice to have)
