We are currently looking for candidates to fill a position of AP Team Leader with English for our Client.

Responsibilities:
- Leading, managing and developing a growing team of Accountants
- Providing professional and proactive day to day service for the Client up to agreed SLA’s
- Working closely with the Client and maintaining good working relationship
- Providing process quality assurance, high quality various reporting
- Driving and proposing process improvements within assigned scope to assure productivity
- Encourage cooperation, teamwork and knowledge sharing
- Provide team members with coaching and assure process team training requirements are satisfied
- Proven experience in managing the team as a Team Leader or Team Leader's back-up
- 3 years of experience in AP process
- Very good knowledge of English and Polish
- Good analytical skills and knowledge of SAP and Excel
- Ability to enhance process and controls
- Good Customer Service skills and client-focus attitude
- Strong interpersonal skills and proactive team work approach
- Flexibility, ability to deal with ambiguity and change
- Ability to work under pressure
