Job description

For our Client, the leader of IT Services and Technical Support Services, we are looking for Support Engineer with German & English, who will join the international team located in Wroclaw.

Duties:
- Providing technical expertise in product issues
- Providing support to direct customers (phone calls)
- Testing, organizing and reporting the progress of issues

Requirements

- Fluent English & German
- 3 years of working experience in support environment
- Working experience with ISS, Apache, JBoss, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, CCNA/MCSE,
