We are currently looking for candidates who would like to take part in a procurement software implementation project in the role of a
Supplier Approval & Management Specialist
You will be responsible for:
- verifying if the company's suppliers meet technical and procedural quality standards
- using Master Control to store all relevant documentation on the new procurement platform
- categorizing the company's suppliers
- coordinating the approval process for new suppliers, in cooperation with numerous teams across the globe
- updating material Master Data (short-term, until the new procurement system is in place)
You are perfect for this role if:
- you have at least 1 year of experience in procurement
- you have had some experience with quality control
- you like researching and are not afraid to pick up the phone to ask for missing details
- you speak English fluently (you will be supporting the system implementation in all the countries the company has offices in)
