A major and fast expanding international company, operating all over world is looking for qualified candidates to fill the position: Manager Assistant with German

In this role you will be providing remote administrative support to managers and senior specialists.

Tasks to include:

  • Travel arranging including flights, hotels, and cars in accordance with policy and expense guidelines
  • Arranging conference calls/video conference bookings
  • Expense management
  • Manage conference/meeting/event coordination
  • General administrative support
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a corporate environment
  • Must possess proficient time management skills, ability to multi-task and prioritize in a demanding, fast-paced environment
  • Must possess excellent interpersonal, partnership, and customer service skills
  • Proven organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of MS PowerPoint and Excel
  • Experience with outlook, Skype and calendaring
