Job description

You will join an internal Finance organization which helps support several key finance products. It’s part of the team providing operational support for integrated, SAP-centric platform and managing the user community. The team is responsible for supporting new clients, playing an integral governance role in the global solution and will evolve to work closely with the business to set the future direction and technology road map.

The Manager will take care of:

  • Supervising all aspects of the process and product/sub-product
  • Preparing presentations in order to help clients understand the product's functionalities
  • Helping clients to understand impacts of the issues by creating executive summaries
  • Managing impacts to other processes and products
  • Using feedback to set workload prioritization efforts
  • Overseeing product update and enhancement lifecycle with emphasis on demand, requirements, validation, and securing business signoff
  • Participating in requirements review, validation activities, test case reviews, and user acceptance testing for functionality developed by the Program
  • Managing functional incidents and service requests through full lifecycle
  • Providing technical incident, service request, and problem tickets management oversight and prioritization
  • Providing major incident oversight and communicates status to the business in a timely manner
  • Overseeing SLA compliance for all workloads and re-prioritizes tickets if necessary
  • Understanding and assessing the financial impacts of incidents related to disrupted product processes – assisting the business work through complex errors and reconciliations
  • Analyzing batch failures/errors and summarizing findings in reports to the business
  • 4+ years of experience in a large business system environment, performing business analysis, business development, and/or project systems management
  • Experience with SAP finance solutions FI (new GL, AP, AR, FA, Treasury, BPC, FSCM) and CO (CCA, PCA, PA, IO, PS) will be preferred
  • Direct experience in complex management activities, such as business development, application development/deployment
  • Direct experience in managing staff and budget
  • Project management training, practical application, business analysis, sales, marketing, business development or relationship management experience is preferred
  • SAP certification preferred
  • Remote work for 3-4 days a week
  • Office in the centre of Wroclaw
