Job description

For one of our clients, a prestigious investment banking group specializing in asset management, we are looking for a candidate who would join their Compliance team closely cooperating with London, as a:

Regulatory Affairs Officer

Your scope of responsibilities:

  • monthly regulatory reviews (traiding against market prices, allocations, MiFID, AIFMD, potential wash trades)
  • financial reporting
  • due dilligence
  • AML
  • compliance with current legislation concerning publishing financial documentation (UCITS products, KIID documents)
  • reconciling annual declarations to investments and entities
  • risk assessment
  • assisting in drafting and/or revising policies and procedures to reflect regulatory changes
Requirements

You are perfect for this position if:

  • you have at least 2 years of experience in the regulatory area, ideally in investment banking (e.g. asset management, private equity, CLO and Credit Funds)
  • you speak English fluently (you will become part of the Compliance team London)
  • you have experience with regulatory reporting in European markets (you worked with at least some of these regulations: MiFID, AIFMD, KIID, UCITS)
  • you have experience with designing, overseeing, and fulfilling monitoring programs
