Job description

This is an excellent opportunity to work in a well-established international company as a:

Recruiter (in-house)

Scope of duties:

  • Leading end to end recruitment processes for various roles
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with hiring managers
  • Ensuring that all HR activities are processed efficiently, effectively, accurately and timely
  • Coordinating of pre-onboarding, onboarding and induction process
  • Preparing HR reports for different internal and external parties
  • Taking part in employer branding initiatives, supporting internal communication actions
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR area including running independent recruitment processes
  • Fluency in English is required (min. C1)
  • Experience in international SSC/BPO companies will be an advantage
  • Excellent candidate assessment and relationship building skills, very good communication
  • Consultative style and excellent interpersonal skills are essential
