Job description

For our Client, international company with stable position on a market, we are looking for:
Quotation Analyst - Customer Service Support

Responsibilities:
- Process service inquiries for the region in a timely and efficient manner, in line with business service level agreements (SLA) that is cost effective for the customer and optimal for the business. Serve as 1st Level escalation for the global sales organisation.
- Maintain Country card(s) and ensure it is kept up to date by having regular calls with the CRM and vendors so as to support the CRM in the strategy for their region
- Resolve ordering/provisioning queries in relation to EMEA access pricing
- Provide input and support for Big Bid team as required and as backup for primary COG Quotation Analyst for other EMEA regions as applicable

Requirements

- Strong written & verbal communication skills are required to work with vendors, Sales and other key stake holders
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the business
- Retain a professional attitude at all times
- Team player and self-motivator
- Proactive in approach to the role and a “can do attitude”
- Ability to work under pressure and to tight timescales as per business SLA’s in support of Sales activities
- Able to work independently to meet own plan of work, whilst participating in the wider team and building productive and collaborative work relationships both internally and externally
